Course prices are displayed before purchase, including tax where applicable. Payment is made online, securely, through our provider Stripe.

As soon as payment is confirmed, you get access to the purchased course from your personal space. Access is personal and non-transferable.

You have 14 days from the purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify yourself.

Exception: digital content (courses, quizzes, videos). By expressly agreeing that performance begins immediately and acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal, you waive this right as soon as access to the course begins.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal under the applicable conditions, we issue the refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In accordance with French consumer law, you may, free of charge, refer any unresolved dispute to a consumer mediator. The mediator's details are: information to come.
